Trajectory’s mission is to help those who help, and we work solely to meet the technology and funding needs of nonprofits. As former nonprofit professionals, Trajectory staff understand the unique challenges our clients face. We have drawn from this understanding to develop a comprehensive set of services specifically designed to meet our clients’ needs and unlock their potential.
Founded in 2018 as a social enterprise, Trajectory serves an eclectic mix of nonprofit organizations who work to address needs for housing, education, employment, environmental sustainability, the arts and community development. We strive to provide smart, responsive, and high-quality solutions and services that support our clients’ capacity to achieve their goals.
Who We Are
Matt Belsaas
Matt is Trajectory’s President and Founder and served as a client of an outsourced IT provider, a nonprofit staff member, and an internal nonprofit IT director before starting Trajectory in 2018. Matt has been responsible for major county-wide initiatives and was selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a CTO-of-the-Year honoree for the small nonprofit sector in 2017.
Janet Ferres-Rodriguez
Janet is the Technology Support Agent at Trajectory. As a graduate of the Kelley School of Business, Janet carries eight years of project management and administrative assistance experience, seven years of graphic design and marketing experience, and over 10 years of excellent customer support experience. Janet has been with Trajectory for three years providing help desk services for 1,200 e-learning students and engages in hands-on repair and installation of pivotal technology for clients.
Cody Spencer
Cody is a Level Two Support Technician at Trajectory, providing help desk and project management support for our clients. This role combines the worlds of his recent experiences working for a non-profit in Spain and in IT for a university in Germany. Cody studied Computer Science (BS and MS) at Georgia Tech and is excited to work hand-in-hand with our clients who are doing good work in Indianapolis and beyond. In his free time Cody is an avid hiker and coffee connoisseur!
Faeiza Danesh Pejoh
Faeiza is a Systems Support Specialist at Trajectory providing technology support for our clients. She is originally from Afghanistan and has been living in the United States for the past two years. She has a bachelors degree in IT from India and experience working in IT with IOM organizations in Afghanistan, as well as working as an adjunct faculty member at a local university in Afghanistan. Faeiza is also an interpreter with LUNA language services. Her favorite hobbies are watching movies and listening to music.
